ID is required for wristband pickup for each guest and re-entry to all venues. All hotel packages must be of age to receive a Dirtybird CampINN wristband. •  Room Packages include a three (3) night stay - Check-in: Saturday, August 30th; Check-out: September 2nd, 2025. - You may check-in as early as 4pm on Saturday. • If you purchase an Early Arrival add-on your Check-in will be either Thursday August 28th, 2025 or Friday, August 29th, 2025. • If you arrive earlier or stay later we highly suggest to check out the new theme park EPIC Universe - grand opening this year! • If you purchase late departure your Check-out will be Wednesday September 3rd at 11am. • Pool programming runs Saturday, Sunday, & Monday from 1pm - 12am • After Hours programming runs Friday 6pm-5am (for early arrivals), Saturday, Sunday, & Monday from 11pm-6am • Special Friday Pre-party from 6pm-5am •  Hotel Package holders will receive an email prior to arrival with all hotel and check-in details. PAYMENT PLAN INFO: •  Payment Plans are available for all orders over $300 while supplies last •  There is a $14.99 fee for the payment plan - this will be added to your order at checkout. •  You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan. •  You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. There will be no account adjustments. •  Exact payment accounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total. •  Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process. •  No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges at time of purchase. Missed Payments: •  If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay. •  If payment is not received by the 10th day, after the intial charge is run, your order may be cancelled at any time. •  Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 restocking fee. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges. Please note the following: You will pick up your tickets at the hotel upon check-in.
