Splash House is a summer festival series that takes place across multiple weekends at three hotel resorts in Palm Springs, our favorite desert playground. Each resort is a full takeover hosting a poolside stage, rooms, and balconies that are all part of the fun. Desert days continue into the night for our After Hours series, where we dance aside the planes and under the stars at the Palm Springs Air Museum. GA pool passes include access to all three host resorts, with programming Saturday & Sunday from noon to sundown. Hotel packages include weekend passes and a 3-night stay at one of our host resorts General Information • Splash House is a 21+ Festival. ID is required for wristband pickup and re-entry to all venues. All hotel package guests must be of age to receive a Splash House wristband. • A Splash House admission wristband includes access to all three hotel venues on Saturday and Sunday, subject to capacity limits. • Pool programming runs Saturday & Sunday from noon until sundown. • Everyone is subject to search on entry to venues. • Re-entry is allowed at all venues, subject to capacity. • Splash House shuttles are complimentary and run between all venues. • The show will take place rain or shine. • Lineup and set times are subject to change. • Hotel Package purchasers will receive an email prior to arrival with all hotel and check-in details. • After Hours is a separately ticketed entry at the Palm Springs Air Museum. Programming runs Friday and Saturday nights until late. All Splash House policies apply. • Prices include all resort taxes, though ticketing service fees will be applied during the purchase process. All prices are subject to change • You will need a credit or debit card to check into the hotel when you arrive. The credit or debit card will pay for any incidental charges or damages to the room. This does not need to be the same card using to purchase your hotel package. PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE Book now for 20% down. Put 20% down at checkout on February 2024 then divide the remaining balance over equal payments due the 6th or 15th of every month through June 2024. 5 payments total. PAYMENT PLAN INFO: • Payment Plans are available for all orders over $200 while supplies last • There is a $14.99 fee for the payment plan - this will be added to your order at checkout. • You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan. • You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you’ll be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments. • Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total. • Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process. • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges. Missed Payments: • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay. • If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order may be canceled at any time. • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 restocking fee or $100 restocking fee for hotel packages. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
