DIRTYBIRD CAMPOUT x NORTHERN NIGHTS MUSIC FESTIVAL 2026
CALIFORNIA’S PREMIER BOUTIQUE MUSIC FESTIVAL
at COOK’S VALLEY CAMPGROUND
Located on the EEL RIVER
Get ready to return to the river! Dirtybird Campout and Northern Nights Music Festival are teaming up once again in 2026 to deliver a truly one-of-a-kind boutique festival experience at the legendary Cook’s Valley Campground in Northern California. This unique collaboration blends Dirtybird’s signature camp-style shenanigans and community spirit with Northern Nights’ iconic riverfront stages, immersive art, and the magic of the redwoods. Together, we’re creating an unforgettable weekend of music, games, creativity, and connection like nowhere else in the world.
Northern Nights Music Festival (NNMF) is a 3-day celebration of music, art, food, and culture that takes place annually the 3rd weekend in July. In 2026, NNMF x Dirtybird Campout lands July 17–19 at Cook’s Valley Campground on the South Fork Eel River, a venue with 20+ years of hosting acclaimed festivals and world-class talent. Our mission is to champion emerging underground music alongside globally recognized producers and DJs, while curating a destination festival that embodies the true spirit of California.
Stage design, lighting, and sound are curated by the Bay Area’s finest production crews in collaboration with talented local teams. Beyond the music, the festival proudly showcases local and global art, immersive installations, craft brews & wines, organic food vendors, wellness spaces, yoga & meditation, and a marketplace of conscious creators. In keeping with Northern Nights tradition, a portion of proceeds from ticket and beverage sales benefit regional schools, non-profits, and environmental organizations in Mendocino and Humboldt Counties.
