Before you arrive at Victoria Park you will need to download the latest version of the APE app and log into your account to find your tickets. Please follow the below advice: •             Install latest version of the APE app •             Log in with the email address you purchased your tickets with and go to "MY TICKETS" •             Set phones date and time to automatic and screen to maximum brightness. •             Make sure your phone is fully charged before heading to the park and have the QR code in the app ready to be scanned upon entering the event •             If you already have your tickets downloaded please hit the refresh button in the app before you arrive at the venue to ensure you are seeing the most up to date information on entrances and timings •             Screenshots will not be accepted as the QR codes on the tickets will refresh every 59 seconds Please make sure you have followed the above steps before you arrive at the venue. Can no longer attend? Your tickets are available to sell through AXS Official Resale. Please note: If you purchase resale tickets for this show through any website other than the venue website or axs.com, your tickets may not be valid and access to the venue could be refused. Using your tickets in the park If you’re attending with a group, the option to transfer the tickets is now available. To transfer the tickets, follow the simple steps here. We recommend sorting your transfers before setting off to the park. If you have not transferred your tickets and are arriving in a group of people together, please note that your single AXS Mobile ID barcode is valid for all members of your group so you will need to arrive together.
