Spacey Jane are an indie rock garage band from Perth, Western Australia, who formed in 2016. The band consists of Caleb Harper, Kieran Lama, Ashton Hardman-Le Cornu and Peppa Lane; the latter of which replaced Amelia Murray following her departure from the band in July 2019.

t looks like Toronto venue The Mod Club is set to reopen as the Axis Club.

The beloved west end venue announced that it would be shutting down for good back in November. “We regret to inform you that The Mod Club Theatre will be closing its doors and operations at 722 College Street…effective immediately,” the message read. “Serving you for the last two decades has been full of great memories and good times.”

But no need to fear, Toronto concertgoers, it looks like the venue will be reopening under a new name: the Axis Club.

In 1998 it was converted into a music venue. It has a capacity of 575 people. There are no seats as the entire venue has standing areas only.

The Gothic Theatre is a former movie theatre, the first in Denver to show “talkies,” turned music venue. Originally built in the 1920’s The Gothic Theatre’s grand art deco style provides an extraordinary and beautiful background. Though the front façade was altered in the 1940s to keep pace with modern tastes of the times, when renovated in 1998 the historic interior was kept as the venue was rebuilt from top to bottom and fitted to become a premier part of Colorado music. On June 23, 1999, when the very appropriate legends of New Orleans, The Rebirth Brass Band, took the stage, the glorious Gothic Theatre was back in the business of making memories. Since then the Gothic Theatre has hosted many distinguished shows. Local bands as well as nationally recognized bands continue to showcase their talent at the venue.

Established in 1989, and originally housed for an amazing 27 years in its legendary North Avenue location inside the historic Dupree’s Excelsior Mill, The Masquerade has presented most everyone who is anyone in the rock, alternative, indie, electronic, metal, punk and hip hop genres of live music.   The venue’s stages have played host to a list of artists which reads like a dessert menu of alternative music royalty.  Nirvana, Nine Inch Nails, Radiohead, Foo Fighters, Soundgarden and Fugazi once graced the same stages that are today occupied by Odesza, Death Grips, Future, In This Moment, Little Dragon, Taking Back Sunday and countless other amazingly popular and influential bands.

Its live music mostly consists of alternative music styles, such as indie rock, metal, punk rock, rockabilly, and electronic, ranging from local acts to ones internationally known. The Masquerade's three principal interior stages are named after the destinations of the afterlife: Heaven, Purgatory, and Hell — though they are now all on the same level with separate entrances. At the mill, Heaven was upstairs above Hell at the right (west) side of the building, with Purgatory as the bar area downstairs to the left, all accessed from a central entryway behind the box office with a stairway to Heaven.

The O₂ Ritz is a live music venue on Whitworth Street West, Manchester, England. Built in 1927, it was designated a Grade II listed building in 1994. The venue is notable for its sprung dance floor. The Ritz was taken over by HMV in 2011 and given a £2 million refurbishment.

The phone number and email address for The Bomb Factory have also been delisted, indicating the change for the historic venue is already underway.

Terminal West is a 7,000 square feet music venue with exceptional lighting and sound systems. Terminal West has two bars and connects to the King Plow art center’s restaurant, Stationside, which is open during all live shows, and for lunch on Tuesday – Friday. They have an extensive beer list and other creative drinks. Interestingly, the Terminal West bars serve only canned beer from notable craft breweries such as 21st Amendment, Oskar Blues, Avery, New Belgium, Sierra Nevada, and many more. There is also a balcony that provides patrons with an eagle-eye view of the action on stage during performances, and an outdoor roof deck overlooking the historic Atlanta train tracks. Though it is one of Atlanta’s younger music venues, having opened during the Spring of 2012, Terminal West quickly rose to prominence. Though it started with heavily electronic and dubstep shows, Terminal West has evolved into a well rounded space with more indie and rock acts in its lineup. To date, artists such as Ok Go, Walk the Moon, Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr., Caribou and People Get Ready have performed.

Stella Rose Bennett (born 30 January 2000), better known as Benee (stylised in all caps; pronounced ) and formerly Bene, is a New Zealand singer and songwriter from Auckland. In both 2019 and 2020, she consecutively won Single of the Year, Best Solo Artist and Best Pop Artist at the New Zealand Music Awards. Benee initially gained local prominence with her singles "Glitter" and "Soaked", before her 2019 single "Supalonely" saw international popularity following its success on the video-sharing platform TikTok. Benee subsequently released her debut album Hey U X in November 2020.

Under the moniker of Bene, she made her solo debut with the 2017 single "Tough Guy", before later gaining prominence with her 2018 single "Soaked", which has been certified double-platinum in New Zealand. She released her debut EP, Fire on Marzz, with help from producer Josh Fountain in June 2019.
