Discopussy
A new nightclub specializing in mainline house and techno music opens on Friday, July 3, on Fremont East. Corner Bar Management, which already has Commonwealth and Park on Fremont, debuts Discopussy, taking over the former Red Nightclub at 512 Fremont St. The 6,500-square-foot club with room for 500 people features a dance floor with a massive “disco octopus” light hanging over the bar. The eight tentacles light up with 10,000 laser-cut components with 5,000 light diodes. Studio Annwn and Future TBD created the over-the-top chandelier.

Commonwealth
Nearly a decade ago we wanted a neighborhood bar for locals and visitors alike, so we built one. A 6,000-square-foot, double-decker tavern with iconic rooftop views and a spacious dance floor. Commonwealth is more than just an alcohol emporium, we’re a rendezvous for those who understand the true magic of Downtown Las Vegas. No detail too small, Commonwealth is magnificent and meticulous in aesthetic. Our elegant crystal chandeliers clash with the original worn brick and industrial bones, still standing, as majestic as they were in the 50s. A consummate mix of local clubhouse, bangin’ dancefloor and stylish scene, we deliver nightly. The secret ingredient to our priceless experiences is impeccable hospitality. Come; dance and drink the night away with our handcrafted, ever-changing cocktails lovingly prepared by our bartenders. And if, like us, music is your vice, we’ve got you covered. Rooftop dance floor, iconic Downtown Vegas views, DJs – national and international – curated by music lovers, for music lovers.
