In the glittering constellation of Las Vegas bars and clubs, Doberman isn't a flashy supernova but a cool, steady ember. Tucked in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas, Doberman is a social room for the sharp and curious, a den for the city’s secret savants: the visionaries, the figurative (and/or literal) mountain climbers, the streetwise hustlers. It’s where conversations crackle like desert lightning and ideas flow like vintage bourbon, set to a soulful soundtrack. Doberman is an experience tailored to you, thoughtfully designed to cater to every mood, from hushed nooks for quiet contemplation to a vibrant lounge with live performances and whimsical surprises. Dissect the multiverse over a bespoke drink, share hearty laughs with friends new and old, sketch dreams on the backs of the bar napkins, steal away with your Moleskin. Our bartenders are scholars in spirits, always at the ready to expertly manipulate more than 100 spirits, house-made syrups, and fresh, local fruit into a library of specialty cocktails. Our hosts provide concierge-like service, ensuring a perfect outing, within or beyond Doberman’s confines. Enjoy your favorite drink, in your favorite seat, while your favorite song plays, with your new favorite people. Everything your way.
