All of Bon Entendeur's songs are in French, and they create music with the aim of elevating culture in their own language. The songs feature dreamy, classically French music from the 60s and 70s, often with a French voice-over. They become more and more layered over time as beats, tones, and other effects are added.

Over the years, the festival has booked some of the most impressive artists in the scene while also delivering tasty food, unique art, and vendors as well. Also announced on the M3F lineup for 2022 are artists ranging from Jungle, Parcels, and Spafford to Whethan, Elderbrook, and Two Feet. Sets from Surf Mesa, Franc Moody, and Joshy Soul are also ones not to miss, while you also shouldn’t sleep on the performances from ford. and Goth Babe if you’re looking for some sun-soaked sounds.

Not only does M3F know how to stack their lineup with talent, but they also have a wholesome vision of giving back to their neighboring communities and beyond. This 100% non-profit festival has been able to donate over a million dollars to charities around Arizona and the rest of the country through its ticket proceeds. The 9:30 Club, originally named Nightclub 9:30, also known simply as the 9:30, is a nightclub and concert venue in Washington, D.C., which was originally housed in the ground floor rear room of the Atlantic Building at 930 F Street NW, in the city's downtown area, where it opened on May 31, 1980, with a legal standing capacity of only 199 patrons. In 1996, due to its increasing prominence, the club was moved to a roomier space, its current location at 815 V Street NW, where it anchors the eastern end of the U Street Corridor.

As a special feature, the club, with capacity for up to 1,200 people, has a wheeled stage mounted on rails, which can be moved back and forth as needed. This way, the place can feel as packed with 500 people in attendance as it would during a sold-out, full capacity show.

The 9:30 Club's name was derived from its original street address, as well as the original opening time of 9:30 p.m. Early advertising on D.C.'s WHFS radio featured the slogan "9:30 – a Place and Time!"

ICONIC ART DECO THEATRE ON VANCOUVER’S WEST SIDE
Operating as a neighbourhood theatre from 1935 to 2011, The Hollywood Theatre is a superior example of the Art Deco style. Architect Harold Cullerne designed the elegant theatre with neon signs reflective of the streamlined Jazz Age. It evoked the glamour and elegance of the 1930s, a time when Vancouver was growing rapidly, building other landmark structures such as Vancouver City Hall, the Lions Gate Bridge and the Burrard Bridge.

Extensive renovations were completed in 2020 while maintaining the timeless style of the original structure. With modern Tech Specs, The Hollywood Theatre now offers multi-dimensional programming including film screenings, musical performances, live theatre, comedy, festival and educational events, technical seminars and lectures as well as providing availability and access for events dedicated to charitable fundraising.

BON ENTENDEUR

Bon Entendeur is a decidedly singular project, born from the collective passion of three friends; united by musical obsession, a love for French culture and the enthralling idea of hybrid formats fueled by their mutual passions.

Their adventure began with a rather classic approach of creating playlists out of the music they love. Over time, they began adding what would soon become their trademark: the sampled voice-overs of French celebrities, which they blend into their mixes.

Bon Entendeur is in a voluntary pursuit to elevate culture in its own first language, through their own timeless sense of presence, aesthetics… and live performance. They create sounds from the now, in a synchronous dialog between their creative, digital generation, and the immense heritage of its predecessors.
