I'm Rafael, a certified tour guide and proud Puerto Rican with a background in the U.S. Armed Forces. After years of service, I returned to my island with a mission: to share the real Puerto Rico with travelers from around the world. Tours by Rafael was born from my passion for our culture, our people, and those hidden gems that make this island truly special.
