Scottsdale's newest bar and grill is bringing a bit of that all-American rock 'n' roll to the city's club scene.
The District All American Burger Bar, which opens today at 7333 E. Indian Plaza, is the streetfront property of Maya Day + Nightclub. It serves lunch and dinner, featuring burgers made with certified Angus beef and named after classic songs. All sauces are made from scratch in-house, and the restaurant also offers an extensive drink menu filled with local beer and signature cocktails.
"The District has been a year in the making, and we are excited that it is finally here," said Jason Adler, director of operations with Triyar Entertainment Group, the firm behind the District. "We've gone after the '50s, '60s, '70s, '80s and '90s as inspiration and meshed them all together to form a new hip, comfortable space to hang out during the day."
Playing up the rock 'n' roll motif, the District features several booths themed after different decades to showcase the evolution of rock music from the 1950s to the 1990s.
The District is the latest concept from Triyar Entertainment Group, which owns and operates a number of Scottsdale's bars and clubs in Scottsdale's entertainment district. It is a subsidiary of Triyar Cos.
