The new Wynwood Factory is composed of 4 different event spaces and nightclub concepts, open air creative spaces for concerts and food and art festivals, and a 20,000 square foot terrace overlooking Wynwood, Miami and Miami Beach The Factory is located right next to the railroad tracks in the Heart of Wynwood and less than 5 minutes from Downtown, Midtown and Little River. The Factory will be the driving force behind the Wynwood art, music and entertainment scene.
