This November, Golden Hour takes over The One ATX, one of Austin's private social clubs, for a special Veterans Day-inspired experience bringing together fitness, wellness, music, and community — all for a meaningful cause. More than just a workout, Golden Hour for Veterans is an afternoon dedicated to movement, connection, and honoring those who have served. We'll kick things off with a military-inspired fitness circuit featuring strength, conditioning, and team-based challenges Powered by Fogo Crossfit Gym. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, all fitness levels are welcome. Following the workout, the energy shifts into our signature Golden Hour Social, featuring live DJ Sickflip. Music, wellness and recovery activations, local brands, networking, raffles, and giveaways.
