Mobile Ticketing - All our events are digital ticket friendly. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. A QR code is sent as an attachment to your confirmation email once a ticket is purchased. Have your QR Code ready to scan to gain entry. Parking - There is no on-site parking at 9th & Jackson, however there is plenty of street parking surrounding the venue, we recommend using Rideshare, or other transportation when possible. Entry - All patrons are subject to search prior to entering the venue, to expedite entry into the venue be prepared to have your ID scanned, metal detector searched and then ticket scanned in that order. Bag Policy - Clear bags are highly suggested to expedite your entry, Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. Water / Food Policy - Outside food our beverages are not permitted to enter the venue. The venue has a full bar with non-alcoholic beverage options, the venue also has a food truck on site at all events, (menus for both can be found here) and a free water is available for thirsty customers. Hydroflasks are not permitted.
