About Static Dress
Website | Facebook | Instagram | YouTube | Spotify | Apple Music
Static Dress is an award-winning UK-based alternative group known for their ambitious, multimedia approach to music and storytelling. Their 2022 debut album, Rouge Carpet Disaster, introduced a dynamic noir-inspired world that expanded through comic books, soundtracks, video games, and a trail of clues surrounding the album’s narrative. The record became one of contemporary post-hardcore’s most impactful releases, earning the band a global following, arena tours with Bring Me The Horizon, extensive runs with Underoath, and appearances at major festivals including Reading & Leeds, Sick New World, Outbreak Fest, Furnace Fest, and Download.
Their highly anticipated 2026 follow-up, injury episode, continues the lore of Rouge Carpet Disaster while exploring trauma, loss, and the reality behind a lifelong fantasy. The band’s most collaborative and human record to date, the album strips away studio trickery and programming in favor of raw performances, unconventional structures, and emotionally intense songwriting. Featuring contributions from all four members—Olli Appleyard, Vin Weight, George Holding, and Sam Ogden—the album pushes Static Dress’ sound in new directions, from massive hooks and stadium-sized anthems to experimental post-hardcore. With Underoath appearing on “Nostalgia Kills,” injury episode reflects the band’s continued commitment to challenging convention and using music, visual art, and narrative to create an immersive world centered on undiluted human emotion.
About I Promised The World

I Promised The World are a Texas-based five-piece born from tragedy and driven by resilience. The band formed in 2023 after vocalist/guitarist Caleb Molina lost his father, a lifelong musician who became his greatest inspiration. Completed by vocalist Hunter Wilson, drummer Mason Zschau, guitarist Mason Nowlin, and bassist Rivers Shutt, the band channels Molina’s grief into a celebration of his father’s life. Originally known as Sinema, they released After The Flatline in 2023 and Fear Of The Fall in 2024, developing an emotionally charged blend of screamo, Midwest emo, and post-hardcore influenced by the late ’90s and early 2000s but filtered through a distinctly modern, post-internet perspective. Their growing momentum has led to performances alongside Deafheaven, Harm’s Way, February, Midrift, and others.
Now known as I Promised The World, the band’s self-titled EP represents a period of transition, growth, and renewed purpose. Recorded at Timber Studios in Bayonne, NJ with Jon Markson and Adam Cichocki, the five-song collection moves between vulnerable melodies, explosive screamo, guttural vocals, and constantly shifting arrangements, reflecting the band’s commitment to taking full control of their future. As they moved from DIY basement shows into increasingly busy touring schedules, Molina and Wilson found themselves becoming more intentional about their music and lives, embracing the idea that reaching their potential requires giving everything they have. The result is a record about hope, ambition, perseverance, and refusing to give up—a new beginning that captures the band becoming exactly who they’ve always known themselves to be.
