Under the alias Boys Noize, DJ and producer Alex Ridha has been a household name in the electronic dance music scene for over 20 years, with gained respect from the Berlin underground to the very mainstream. His style is characterised by distorted sounds and heavy grooves, moving between electro (house), techno and EBM. Boys Noize has collaborated with an impressive list of artists, including Skrillex, SOPHIE, Daft Punk, Erol Alkan, Lady Gaga and A$AP Rocky. In 2025, he joined Nine Inch Nails’ world tour, after which the trio made their live debut as Nine Inch Noize at Coachella in 2026. Alongside this success, Boys Noize continues to champion the underground scene through his labels Boys Noize Records and ONES and ZEROS: an ironic, dystopian take on the future of dance music, where (sub)cultures and styles from the present and past engage in dialogue.
