About Punchline
Website | Facebook | Instagram | YouTube | Spotify
Punchline is an American rock band from Pittsburgh, PA. They have gone from practicing in a sleepy suburban garage to having toured the United States (and literally the world) with bands like Gin Blossoms, Fall Out Boy, Less Than Jake, The Get Up Kids, and so many more.
With a huge catalog of honest and meaningful songs, Punchline continues to break new ground and forge ahead in the evolution of their songwriting.
They have experienced many musical triumphs in their career, including a #1 Rock album on iTunes, taking Paramore to Japan on their first tour outside of the USA, and overcoming the biggest challenge of all: keeping it together for 25+ years.
They’re stronger than ever with the release of the latest album, "Somewhere To Land”. Known for their infectious melodies and heartfelt lyrics, the band recently welcomed the return of fan-favorite guitarist and vocalist Paul Menotiades, whose reunion was sparked by their documentary series podcast, "A Band Called Punchline".
Approaching a landmark year celebrating 20 years of their classic album "37 Everywhere" alongside a major East coast tour with The Early November and HelloGoodbye, the resurfaced momentum continues to build.
Additionally, Punchline's original track "Roller Coaster Smoke," inspired by the iconic TV series LOST, was featured prominently in the documentary "Getting Lost" and the band’s cover of The Cranberries' "Linger" recently caught viral attention on TikTok.
“Somewhere To Land” is available for listening now.
