- About Philly Music Fest:
- Website | Facebook | Instagram | YouTube
Philly Music Fest was founded in 2017 by Greg and Jenn Seltzer. All shows are curated and produced by Greg. As home-grown, devoted Philadelphians, our mission is to host a unique, hyper-local music festival that benefits our community, without large corporate and governmental oversight and involvement.
We operate Philly Music Fest a bit differently than your typical music festival. By structuring Philly Music Fest as a non-profit and organizing the festival ourselves, we eliminate the need to pay producers and promoters. The result is that we pay our musicians well, host our shows only at independently-owned venues and then donate profits to local music programs educating the next great generation of Philly musicians.
We certainly love that the consequence of Philly Music Fest benefits the next generation of Philly musicians, but don’t miss the shows. Each year, we highlight and celebrate nationally recognized Philly musicians, as well as emerging local bands, in the genres of Rock, Punk, Hip Hop, Bluegrass, Jazz, Pop, Metal and R&B. We hope you’ll join the cause and celebrate the music of Philadelphia.
We believe that to sustain our vibrant music scene, we must support the next generation of Philadelphia musicians. The bands that will grace our stages in ten years are currently kids in middle and high school. Unfortunately, access to music education is not as easy as it used to be since public schools have cut music education programs.
Our community is fortunate to have several amazing music education programs, but the programs need our collective economic support. Philly Music Fest supports the following organizations: Rock To The Future | Settlement Music School | Musicopia | Play On, Philly | Beyond The Bars | Philadelphia Youth Orchestra | Key of She

About Solar Circuit
Website | Facebook | Instagram | YouTube | Spotify
Solar Circuit is a Philadelphia born jamtronic trance fusion quartet, taking listeners down an experimental path to create a mind and body freeing experience. Incorporating a wide range of influences, the group explores new sounds, forming their own of blend of jamtronica, while incorporating their own version that pulls from the nostalgic eurodance techno vocals. With the recent release of studio single ‘Good Time’, SC gave listeners a look into their solidified sound, while continuing to release all live soundboards for free stream/download. Intertwining fun and re-imagined covers into every performance, coupled with their high energy improvisation and unique songwriting, their live experiences are always jam-packed, full of surprises, and engaging.
About Angelo Outlaw
Website | Facebook | Instagram | YouTube | Spotify
Angelo Outlaw is a deeply cosmic artist whose creativity knows no bounds. He is a master mallet percussionist and a thoughtful poet, and is finally getting the shine that he has for so long deserved. After spending decades perfecting his craft, Angelo's unique style on vibraphone and marimba can at present only be described as dazzling.
His most recent project is the Angelo Outlaw Trio —led by vibraphonist Angelo Outlaw, joined by drummer Eric Proctor and bassist Corey Radar. These three don't just play music — they bend genres. You'll hear jazz at its core, but then suddenly you're swept into dance grooves, glitch beats, and even world music flavors. If you thought jazz was just for sipping wine in a smoky club, these guys are here to change your mind.
In 2020, Outlaw connected with fellow Philadelphians Eraserhood Sound. Together, the parties have released a string of synth & soul masterpieces, including the highly sought-after Time Traveler / Silent Horizon 7" that was released in 2022.
In early 2024, Angelo dropped the euphoric single "Free My Mind" and announced his debut full-length album Axis of Time. According to Outlaw, the record is meant to transport the listener to a dream-like state, where space and time slowly fade away and reality is merely a distant memory. His work transcends race, creed, religion, and politics, and has the power to speak to the universality of time, space, and human connection.
