Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the event producer. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be void. Event date, time, and lineup are subject to change without notice. No refund will be issued in the event of such changes. Holder assumes all risks incidental to the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss, and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the event producer, venue, promoters, artists, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims arising from attendance at the event. All patrons and their belongings are subject to search upon entry and at any time within the event. Holder consents to reasonable security measures, including such searches. Refusal to submit to a search may result in denial of entry or removal from the event without refund. Prohibited items may be confiscated. No re-entry unless expressly permitted by event staff. Holder grants permission to the event producer and its designees to use the holder’s image, likeness, and voice in any live or recorded transmission, photograph, video, or other media for promotional purposes without compensation. Event producer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is deemed unsafe, illegal, or disruptive, without refund. By entering the event, holder agrees to comply with all venue rules, posted signage, and instructions from event staff and security.
