Description
**Tomato Soup**
**with Trouble's Braids and ALTARVIOLET**
**Tomato Soup** is a six-piece Denver rock band fueled by gritty riffs, soaring vocals, and unshakeable chemistry. Rooted in Colorado’s DIY spirit and tight-knit music community, they blend punchy rhythms, melodic hooks, and harmony-rich vocals into songs that hit just as hard emotionally as they do sonically. If you’re looking for big sound, real emotion, sweaty-room magic, and a band that lives and breathes the stage, Tomato Soup delivers concerts that feel alive, visceral, and impossible to forget.
**Trouble’s Braids** is a four-piece band from Boulder, Colorado that creates dynamic indie rock with teeth. The group combines poignant lyricism, rich female and male harmonies, and great hooks with an unflinching curiosity about the dark and hidden corners of the human experience, all with a wink and a nod that invites the audience to come play. The act’s influences are broad and deep, drawing inspiration from classic songwriters like Bob Dylan, and Lucinda Williams, as well as more contemporary acts like Big Thief, Mitski, The Mountain Goats, PJ Harvey, Tom Waits and Nick Cave. The band pairs toe-tapping grooves with poetic, soul-stirring writing and just the right amount of edge.
**ALTARVIOLET** is the songwriting and recording project of Greta Hotmer, rooted in cinematic indie folk and emotionally honest storytelling. Her current work centers on stripped-down piano, guitar, and voice, returning to her singer-songwriter roots with songs written for connection, presence, and live performance.
