MANDRAGORA
Coming from the desert town of Chihuahua in northern Mexico, Mandragora has been one of the most influential artists in the psychedelic scene since 2012. Blending Goa trance with raw minimal sound design, he pioneered the genre futureprog—now the signature sound of countless artists—quickly making a name for himself with a distinctive style that fuses Latin American influences with psychedelic grooves.
This fusion resonated far beyond borders, particularly in Brazil, where his career took an international turn. His live performances have since brought him to some of the world’s most prestigious stages, including festivals such as EDC Mexico, Dreamstate, Rock in Rio, Green Valley, Dour, FCKNYE, Transmission, Garorock, and more.
With 13 albums and numerous hits and collaborations (with 4i20, Beltran, Vini Vici and other heavyweights), this creative and avant-garde visionary has secured his place among the leading figures in the global electronic scene, standing alongside names like David Guetta, Apashe, Étienne de Crécy, Martin Solveig or Gordo.
His 2024 hit “Moonlight” (with Beltran) topped Beatport’s minimal/deep tech chart for over six months, championed extensively by Dennis Cruz and regularly supported by Joseph Capriati.
In 2025, Mandragora teamed up with rising minimal techno producer ChaseWest for the electrifying indie-dance anthem “Botega Vendeta,” released on the Chaste label in August, further solidifying his crossover influence. That summer, he also unveiled two Latin House tracks—“Azul Refinado” and “Me Gustas”, a tribute to his Mexican roots where he lent his own voice, revealing his agility and artistic versatility. The producer and DJ returns to the All Night Long label with “The Truth” and “Take me out”, two tracks that blend the raw energy of Big Room with Latin Tech House production. Designed for the club, they have been setting crowds on fire for over six months and are already resonating internationally; Mandragora will showcase them notably in Brazil, Mexico, the United States, and Canada during his American tour.
With over 500 million streams across platforms and a community of more than 1 million fans worldwide, he continues to push the boundaries of musical creativity.
2025 also marked the launch of Le Chat Rouge, his signature event series in France. Personally curating lineups featuring names like Kinahau, DZP, Jacob, Zanon, Shapeless and Slamm, Mandragora sold out venues across the country. The first season culminated at the legendary Rex Club, establishing the start of his residency at the iconic venue – the next one being already announced in December 2025.
Mandragora enjoys playing with codes and blending genres, ultimately following none but his own.
