NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY – CONSENT TO USE OF IMAGE AND LIKENESS By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that the event may be filmed, photographed, audio recorded, or otherwise captured by Melanie Martinez and/or their authorized representatives (“Artist”). You hereby irrevocably grant Artist, their affiliates, licensees, and assigns the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and exploit your image, likeness, voice, and appearance as captured at this event in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to broadcast television, streaming platforms, social media, promotional materials, and commercial releases, without further notice, compensation, or consent. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, you must not enter the venue.
