Description
Watar Ensemble returns with new music and timeless Arabic melodies, a night where rhythm, memory, and heart intertwine.
After a string of sold-out shows, Watar Ensemble returns to the stage with new music, familiar favourites, and an energy that promises to move both heart and body. This special night marks their return after a short hiatus, a chance to share two brand-new originals and reconnect through the sounds that have come to define Watar’s voice. Blending songs of resistance with melodies that invite stillness, reflection, and joy, Watar creates a space where music becomes collective memory, something to feel, move with, and carry home. From deep, emotive compositions to the rhythms that call for dancing and singing along, this is an evening for togetherness and release.
Join Watar Ensemble on January 11 at Howler for a night of sound, story, and celebration, an experience to share, to feel deeply, and to remember.
PLEASE NOTE - There will be limited seating available at the show offered on a first come, first served basis. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee a seat. We ask that patrons be mindful of those older audience members and those who may have trouble standing for long periods when deciding whether to occupy a seat.
