ORLAS: Orlas draws its name from the Portuguese word for 'shores' or 'coasts.' Crafted by the dynamic collaboration of Victor Chicri and Vic Delnur, a father-and-son musical journey unfolds. This fusion encompasses, samba-jazz, bossa nova, disco-funk, and more, resulting in a captivating and genre-defying musical experience. Starting out in the vibrant '70s, Chicri, both maestro and pianist, has been a true musical dynamo. From recording to producing and performing live on stage alongside Brazilian greats like Gal Costa, Seu Jorge, Bebel Gilberto, Simone, Emilio Santiago, and more. He's taken his music worldwide, with a noteworthy performance at the Montreux Jazz Festival where he shared the stage with the Quincy Jones orchestra. Along with celebrating many productions that received gold and platinum awards, he has been recognised with a Latin Grammy.
Loco Tranquilo: Julián Armando Gervasi also known by his stage name Loco Tranquilo, is a singer, songwriter, and composer originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. After moving to San Francisco in 2016, he quickly became a standout figure in the Bay Area music scene. As Loco Tranquilo, Julián is celebrated for his evocative live performances and innovative sound, which blends Argentine rock with psychedelic pop, jazzy melodies, and touches of freak folk. His work is heavily influenced by artists like Devendra Banhart, Ty Segall, Thom Yorke, Luis Alberto Spinetta and Gustavo Cerati, resulting in a rich and distinctive musical style.
