A Fundraising event for Foundation Skatepark EYEHATEGOD BAT BLACK TUSK With visual conjuring from Dennis McNett HalloWolfbat is a unique music show and visual conjuring that is a Halloween-centric marriage of music and art. In addition to some stellar music lineups in previous years, the event space is covered in pattern dripping lightning filled landscape backdrops, energetic art pieces such as running wolves, screeching bats, screaming skulls and giant 12ft interactive puppets created by artist Dennis McNett. During the course of the night traditionally these larger than life puppets interact with the crowd for one song per band while a visual tale unfolds throughout the night. This will be the eighth year running. The event has been hosted in Brooklyn, Chicago and San Francisco and this year in Asheville, NC. Some of the past music performers have included gems like GWAR, Melvins, The Hu, High on Fire, Municipal Waste, Ghoul, Red Fang, Doomriders, Flipper, Big Business, Pelican, Windhand, Coven, Mutoid Man, Darkest Hour, Vicious Blade, Heavy Temple, Lightning Born, Subrosa.
