Arrival Policy To guarantee your reservation, please arrive within 1.5 hours after doors open. If you haven’t checked in within this timeframe, we will assume you are no longer attending, and your table may be released—no refunds will be provided. If you anticipate arriving later than 1.5 hours after doors open, simply email us in advance so we can accommodate you accordingly. Ticket Transfer Policy: You may gain entry to the event even if your name is not on your ticket ONLY so long as the barcode is scannable.  Disco Presents are not responsible if ticket(s) cannot be scanned and the order is under a different name than the person presenting the ticket.
