We’re going all out this year with a one night contest, featuring both the Battle of the Bands and the DJ Contest on the SAME NIGHT at Sunbar in Tempe, Arizona! Apply here today. Phoenix bands, artists, DJs, and producers of all types and genres are encouraged to apply for DUSK Music Festival's Phoenix Battle of the Bands and DJ Contest with a chance to compete against each other LIVE! *Artists must be from Phoenix Metro area and surrounding cities to be considered. All artists must be 18 years of age or older to perform at the contest. Our DUSK and Relentless Beats teams will select finalists from the submission form below to play at our Phoenix Battle of the Bands and DJ Contest event on Thursday 10/17/24 at Sunbar in Tempe, AZ. DJ’s Submit a 20-30 minute original mix for the contest in the field below. *Finalists must be able to perform on minimum of (2) Pioneer CDJ-3000 players and (1) Pioneer DJM-900 NSX2 (No exceptions will be made) Bands Submit a YouTube, Soundcloud, Mixcloud, etc. clip of one of your live performances *Finalists must be able to perform on an agreed upon shared backline gear provided by DUSK and Relentless Beats for the contest. Applications must be submitted no later than FRIDAY OCTOBER 4TH at 11:59 PM. Bands and DJs selected MUST be able to perform live at Sunbar event on 10/17/24 AND at DUSK Music Festival on November 9 and/or 10, 2024 in Tucson, Arizona. All finalists will be announced Tuesday October 8th, 2024. Slots for DUSK will be assigned the following week after the contest. The DUSK Phoenix Battle of the Bands and DJ Contest winners will be awarded a slot performing on one of the stages at DUSK Music Festival 2024! We are eager to see this year's competition, good luck!
