Co-founded by Hanono and Lappin in 2019, Deux Visages might seem transported directly from a far-off time when indie-rock ruled the zeitgeist at first listen. But beneath the Miami-based band’s frenetic riffs and visceral rhythms lie an emotionality and tension entirely distinct to the modern era.
