Acceptable formats for proof of vaccination are: CDC/WHO Vaccine Record Card (or picture of the card), documentation from a healthcare entity that provided the vaccine, California Immunization Registry (CAIR2) Vaccination Record, or a Digital Vaccination Record issued by the California Department of Public Health or an approved company such as Healthvana or Carbon Health. Masks are to be worn inside the venue at all times unless actively eating or drinking.
