The festival is requiring attendees to show proof of vaccine or take a free two-part COVID-19 testing protocol, including a PCR lab test before the event and an additional rapid test at the gate. Elements Music & Arts Festival will take place over Labor Day weekend on September 3-6. The event will feature music, large-scale art sculptures, interactive performances, a pirate ship, 3D video projection mapping, games, activities, yoga, tribal markets, and more.
