Event Details

BCUC is a band from Soweto, South Africa who draw inspiration from traditional music infused with a rock and roll attitude.

A highlight of Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide Festival and Award ceremony, they received critical acclaim for their performance with their hypnotic afro-psychedelia.

Their new album Emakhosini, a follow up to 2016’s Our Truth, is a perfect introduction to their sound, which fuses funk, punk-rock vibrations, hip-hop, Fela-inflections and much more besides.

Admission to XOYO is at management's discretion, advance tickets do not guarantee entry. If entry is refused to a ticket holder, you can obtain a full refund (minus booking fee) by contacting XOYO after the event at

There will be 200 tickets available on the door from 7PM. These will be available on a first come, first served basis.

Acid Arab entraîne dans son sillage d’autres artistes pour leurs "Collections", série d'EP consacrée à cette musique orientale "acid"... View More
