Insomniac Events’ last trip to the Windy City took place a decade ago when they hosted the sole edition of EDC Chicago. This multi-day camping festival experience was one of the first to arrive during the EDM boom but disappeared soon after its debut as sights were set for the festival to head elsewhere. That said, it’s a new era for Insomniac, and with it comes new adventures for headliners – and that’s where Beyond Wonderland Chicago comes in! Beyond Wonderland is one of Insomniac’s flagship brands, with editions in Southern California and The Gorge and international trips to countries like Mexico and Colombia. Next year, the Alice In Wonderland-themed event will head to Chicago in partnership with rising promoters Auris Presents, who have taken the Windy City by storm over the past few years with experiences like ARC Music Festival and Heatwave.
