Echosmith Announce North American Fall Tour

Following the release of their new single, “Hang Around,” Echosmith have announced The Hang Around Tour with special guests Phoebe Ryan and Band of Silver. The 25-date run will kick off October 13th in Nashville, with tickets on sale this Friday, July 15th. An artist pre-sale will begin tomorrow, July 12th. 

Their brand new, summer-ready single “Hang Around” introduces a creative period for the band that is both a sonic shift and a return to their roots as they stripped back the pop polish, embraced their true indie spirit and took an alt-pop direction that best represents the original musical heart of the band. “Hang Around” radiates a purposeful joy with its delicate collision of glistening guitar tones, hypnotic harmonies, and a breezy yet propulsive rhythm, created by experimenting with different tape machines, cheap guitar pedals, and vintage gear. Sydney’s crystalline vocals deliver the track’s bold but tender expression of a pre-destined love.

“Hang Around” was written solely by the band and was self-produced by Noah Sierota with assistant production from their big brother and former band member Jamie Sierota. Re-discovering the joy of making music together as siblings and inspired by their life experiences over the past few years that have brought personal growth and newfound independence, Sydney, Noah, and Graham Sierota are in full creative control and gearing up to release more music this year.

“This whole new era is based on being completely honest about who we are.
