Description
The M2 brand was launched by Joey Morrissey in the 2000s in New York City. It attracted an array of celebrities, VIP and tastemakers- setting the bar for a truly elevated nightlife experience.
M2 collaborated with the who’s who in the entertainment industry: the booth was graced with the likes of A-Trak and DJ AM, as well as one of the first Swedish House Mafia gigs stateside. M2 was a constant hot spot: hosting the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show After Party, Rihanna’s Rated R Album Launch, and was name dropped by Nicki Minaj in her track “Up All Night” with Drake.
After almost 15 years, M2 returns to the scene, this time touching down in the heart of Miami’s South Beach in the historic art deco district. The address is 1235 Washington Ave: a building with entertainment in it’s DNA.
The space was designed in 1934 by Thomas Lamb: architect of the Empire State Building. Depending on when you partied at 1235 Washington, it was known by a different name: Club Z, Club 1235, Paragon, Prince’s Glam Slam, Mansion...and now, M2.
M2 will feature world class production and sound; the type of experience usually reserved for a festival main stage. Doors open Miami Music Week 2023.. we’ll see you on the dance floor!
