Last Summer, Insomniac announced they’re putting together a brand new day festival dedicated to strictly House Music, DAY TRIP FESTIVAL. Once the event was announced, everybody went crazy over the announcement as we have been waiting for a House festival by Insomniac for many moons. So crazy that tickets were sold out in a day AND a second day was added to accommodate the hype. Sure, there were a couple of hiccups with venue changes that forced the festival to end up at the NOS Events Center, but despite the drama, Day Trip easily become one of the best festivals of 2022. Now, we fast forward to 2022, and Day Trip Festival has announced they are BACK and at a brand new venue, The Queen Mary in Long Beach. Yes, you read that right. The festival is taking place Saturday, June 25, and Sunday, June 26 at the Queen Mary Grounds and possibly at Harry Bridges Memorial Park right next to the ship. The Queen Mary isn’t no stranger when it comes to festivals as they have hosted dozens of them over the last 5 years, below you may find pictures just to get an idea on how the festival will be. Soak in the sun & breathe in the ocean air as we dance together to multiple stages of house music, and celebrate thru the night with the crisp summer air over the Pacific Ocean.
