**Devon Gates & Friends live at Eddie's Attic!** An Atlanta native now based in Brooklyn, New York — Devon Gates is a soulful bassist, vocalist and composer whose work sits at the intersection of jazz, chamber music and social storytelling. A Harvard-trained anthropologist and Berklee-sharpened improviser, Gates has collaborated with leading figures across the modern jazz landscape and earned recognition for compositions that are as emotionally direct as they are structurally fearless. Featuring Atlanta’s top performers such as Kenny Banks Jr. and Terreon “Tank” Gully, Gates explores a mixture of original music and arrangements from her upcoming debut album in Eddie’s Attic’s intimate setting. Presented by Eddie's Attic. This is an all ages event.
