Unholy Sabbath: a showcase for the heaviest Metal is Back with a vengeance! Every month, we will bring you the best bands in the Bay and beyond, with lineups curated by Will Carroll and Sanfran666co.com! Wroht (pronounced rot) is a metal band from Oakland, CA that blends slamming death metal groove with technical complexity & powerful vocal performances. Their new album, Dissolution, delivers relentless intensity and showcases more intricate musicianship, head banging breakdowns, and odd time signatures that fans have come to expect, pushing the band's sound to new extremes. Mortal hail from San Jose and proudly pummel audiences with black metal and blood-stained death metal!! Their sound is reminiscent of early 1990s-style old-school death metal. Oakland Thrash Metal band Viscelator's music showcases their intricate, melodic, high-energy riffs. They refuse to be stuck with one genre of metal and their songs frequently bounce between genres with one common goal of keeping the pit packed with sweaty bodies. DJ Will Carroll, also known for his day job as the drummer in Death Angel, will be playing your favorite metal hits and deep cuts before, between and after the bands!
