Something's coming up through the floor. Harbor is the room New York comes back to, and on Halloween weekend it's the room the city can't get out of. The retractable glass roof opens over the Hudson and the lights below it go red, the biggest sound system in Manhattan's nightlife district runs until 4 AM, and the whole floor shows up in costume. Halloween weekend runs two nights: R&B Love & Nightmares on Friday, October 30 and Camilo's Fear Garden on Halloween night, Saturday, October 31. Bottle service, tables and a dance floor that doesn't stop, even when it should. R&B Love & Nightmares, night one. The city's best DJs, hip-hop, R&B and the records everyone's waiting on, under the open glass roof until 4 AM. The weekend starts here. Tables go first.
