Alexandra Palace Alexandra Palace, Alexandra Palace Way, London N22 7AY Dan Smith, Grammy-nominated, Brit Award-winning songwriter, composer and frontman of Bastille, joins long-time collaborator, Ralph Pelleymounter, songwriter and frontman of To Kill A King for, Misfits Together, a new album project, unbound by genre, and inspired by the lives and relationship of Marilyn Monroe and Arthur Miller. Smith and Pelleymounter will be joined by longtime collaborator and featured vocalist, Moira Mack for these shows. Set against the turbulence of 1950s America - McCarthyism, Hollywood misogyny, celebrity, political persecution and the battle for artistic freedom, Misfits Together channels one of the 20th century’s most famous relationships to explore themes that remain relevant today. Produced by multi-instrumentalist, Will Bloomfield, Misfits Together was recorded over the summer of 2025 at Bloomfield’s Dairy Studios in Brixton, with additional sessions in Suffolk and at London’s iconic Abbey Road Studios.
