NOWHERE returns to New York on Saturday, September 26th, a meeting point for live performance, soundsystem pressure and club music without borders. Live performances come from Chicago–Lagos artist-producer UCHE, bringing his self-defined Brutalist RNB into the room; Brooklyn dancehall MC TYBASS; and AfroFuturist artist FEEZ—three distinct voices moving through Black music’s diasporic and experimental edges. The dance floor will be commanded by Teklife’s footwork heavyweight DJ MANNY alongside Brooklyn-based Pan-African open-format selector DYLAN ALI, NOWHERE founder J-CUSH and Caribbean and South American selector NINE 11. Together, they’ll move the dancefloor through Afrobeats, amapiano, baile funk, dancehall, soca, bouyon, gqom, Jersey club, UK garage, grime, hard drum, kuduro, bubblin' with some Atlanta trap, UK underground and beyond.
