Description
Originally from Nottingham, Tino began his musical career in Manchester as part of the Move Like Me collective. He made his debut on the collective’s eponymous label with “Di Amore”. Sonically, he draws inspiration from classic, uplifting house structures, which he translates into sleek rhythm tracks. His productions on labels like Non Stop Rhythm and Global Swing pay homage to classic, jack-style Chicago house, musically but also in their titles such as “Work My Body” and “Bumba 2 Bumpa”. Tino will be playing at Panorama Bar for the first time tonight. Valley Dolly is returning for her second gig following her debut at our Pride party this year. The DJ and multimedia artist is a resident at Bassiani in Tbilisi and Romantica in Stuttgart. Musically, her approach draws on the history of the New York house scene and the queer aspects of club culture. As a co-founder of the Tbilisi-based Hydrash collective, she combines this sonic aesthetic with a solidarity-driven DIY practice. At Berghain, Belgian vinyl-only DJ Marie-Julie will be performing – while living in Berlin for a year, she became significantly influenced by the Hard Wax record store and its purist aesthetic.
