After building Haram from the grassroots, this first meeting with Renate marks a new chapter for us, bringing our community, sound and spatial storytelling into a new environment while staying true to what Haram has always been about: pleasure, expression, connection and belonging. Sex-positivity is not an add-on to the night. It is part of how we imagine the space: a place for pleasure, intimacy, freedom and expression, grounded in consent, care and respect. A space where people can be seen without being exoticised, and where different ways of moving, connecting and existing can share the same dancefloor.
