The Wellness Social with Eat Move Meditate Join Eat Move Meditate on Sunday, October 4 from 10 AM–12 PM for The Wellness Social at Ramova Loft, an elevated Sunday gathering designed to help you move, connect, and live well. Set inside the beautiful Ramova Loft, The Wellness Social brings together movement, mindfulness, wellness conversations, local makers, and good energy for a morning rooted in community. We’ll begin at 10 AM sharp with wellness conversations and tea with our Organic India Tea Bar, creating space to slow down, connect, and set the tone for the morning. From there, experience a taste of Eat Move Meditate’s movement offerings with a 30-minute Hatha yoga practice, followed by 30 minutes of Afro-fusion dance, an energizing celebration of movement, rhythm, and joy. After class, stay awhile to shop our mini wellness marketplace, featuring local artisans and brand partners, connect with the community, and continue the experience downstairs at Off Hours Beer Co. for delicious food and drinks.
