After six months away, 99 Percent Nice returns to the dancefloor, arriving at its new home, Café Berlín, for a first night built around musical curiosity, eclecticism, and connection. Born in Madrid from the belief that timeless music brings timeless people together, 99 Percent Nice breathes somewhere between a record label, a party, and a constantly evolving musical ecosystem, connecting hidden talent and curious listeners through records and sonic gatherings. For this return, the night takes shape through two B2B encounters. Martini Raw joins Le Nomad to set the journey in motion. Both musicians, their approach is guided by a sensitivity towards warm, deep and emotionally eclectic sounds, allowing their selections to move freely between different shades of dance music. Together, they set the pace for a night built around human exchange. As the night progresses, Jorge Padilla and Rodrigue Darbon continue the dialogue, brought together by a shared love for dub soundscapes and sets that flow naturally from one moment to the next. Their approach leaves room for space, depth and gradual shifts, allowing the music to unfold patiently. The gathering also marks the beginning of the next chapter for the label, with all four artists — Martini Raw, Le Nomad, Jorge Padilla and Rodrigue Darbon — appearing on the upcoming 99PN002 Various Artists release. The record becomes the thread connecting the four selectors, moving from the studio and the pressing plant into the booth and onto the dancefloor. This is at the heart of the project: the artists who play may find their way onto the label, while those who release with us eventually bring their music back into the physical world and onto the dancefloor.
