Born to a father who played mariachi and a mother who led a singing group active across the U.S. and Mexico, Victor Cervantes grew up with music in his blood and a financial motive to match. He wanted to get his family out of the neighborhood. That drive produced one of indie pop's most quietly defining moments: "Tinder Song," a candid exploration of identity and desire that has now crossed 56 million all-time streams and remains a touchstone for LGBTQ listeners. With his forthcoming album Glitter Pop, slated for mid-August 2026, Victor is stepping into his most ambitious chapter yet.
