Thursday October 22nd Bluebelt (EP Release Show) w/ Lookout, The Overlook \*\*\* Bluebelt - https://www.instagram.com/bluebelt.band/ Jamming in their drummer's sunroom-turned-bedroom, the 6-piece band that is now Bluebelt found immediate creative chemistry. The group originally formed through high school and college friendships Eric Becker (keys), Ethan Frantz (guitar), and Josh Mehr (drums), plus the grapevine of the DC music scene, Brett Mundy (guitar), West Donnelly (bass), and Holly Teeters (vocals). Their debut single, "Sonar," was released on Halloween 2025 and by the time you’re reading this, “Aspirin”, the first single off of their debut EP is available on all streaming platforms. Their real source of energy is fueled by live performance. Winning the crowd over one by one with a full original set, it’s hard not to leave enamored by the synergy and passion on display. \*\*\* Lookout - https://www.instagram.com/lookouttheband/ Lookout is an up and coming five-piece indie rock band from Maryland. Their sound blends intimate and beautiful to loud and powerful. Lookout captures the feelings of hard conversations and carefree adventures. This feeling is led by vocalist Kate Pass who showcases a dynamic range while delivering introspective lyrics. Taking influence from modern indie rock bands like Flipturn and The Backseat Lovers, their guitar work is very exciting and catchy. Supported by a driving rhythm section, Lookout demands a presence. Lookout released their debut EP All We Have in December 2025. Since then, they have played many shows in the DC/Maryland area. Their newest single Cool It released on July 17th. The band consists of vocalist and guitarist Patrick Scott, bassist Ryan Jaikeran, drummer Aditya Krishnamoorthy, guitarist Connor Kennedy, and guitarist Sean Wells. Starting out playing cover shows at dive bars around the Baltimore area, the band would slowly accrue a solid repertoire of original songs, ranging from barnburners like The Raven On The Wall to wistful pieces like October. From the Pearl Street Warehouse on DC’s waterfront to the iconic Ottobar in Baltimore, The Overlook has garnered a reputation for captivating performances throughout the DMV.
