TERMS &CONDITIONS ENTRY REQUIREMENTS All guests must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid photo identification upon entry. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid passport or a valid driver's license. Guests who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will not be allowed to enter. Management reserves the right to refuse entry at their own discretion. GUEST LIST POLICY PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A TICKETED ONLY EVENT Please arrive earlier to avoid long lines Registration on the guest list does not guarantee complimentary entry. Guests are required to register individually for each event they wish to attend. Management reserves the right to deny entry, close events, or impose capacity restrictions at any time and for any reason. Guest list rules will apply each day. If any fake information is entered into the guest list form, you will not be added to the guest list. Guest list terms are subject to the conditions applied to the specified dates of your attendance. Mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred. DRESS CODE Smart Casual. A visit to Savaya Bali is an occasion, so please dress for it. Proper swim attire is to be worn in the pools at all times. We do not permit: Work Jeans or Denim; beer branded singlets; cut-off clothing; or athletic sport wear. We appreciate your understanding and reserve the right to refuse entry or service to guests who do not meet the dress code requirements. RE-ENTRY POLICY Re-entry is not permitted at Savaya Bali unless a table reservation has been purchased. Please see a Guest Relation Officer prior to leaving the venue for re-entry. HEALTH AND SAFETY All applicable health and safety protocols will be implemented and enforced throughout the venue. SECURITY CHECKS For the safety of all guests, all bags, backpacks, purses, and parcels are subject to inspection upon entry. PROHIBITED ITEMS Guests are not permitted to bring the following items into Savaya Bali: illegal drugs, outside food or beverages, candy, gum, toys, props, inflatables, tripods, drones, professional cameras or any sharp objects. This list is not exhaustive, and management reserves the right to refuse entry for any items deemed inappropriate. WEATHER POLICY All events are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather. Guest list registrations are non-transferable in the event that an event is closed due to weather conditions. CODE OF CONDUCT Savaya Bali requires all guests to maintain respectful and appropriate interactions with fellow guests and staff members. In addition to dress code requirements, management reserves the right to remove or permanently ban any individual who does not adhere to the venue's standards of conduct.
