NEW EXISTENCE is an event where exhibition and party culture become one experience. Downstairs at Cakeshop, DJs take over the basement with various genres of dance and club music, while upstairs an interactive installation invites people to participate and engage. Guests are free to move between both spaces, drifting through sound, visual art, and the feeling of becoming someone new, even if only for a night. Conversations with strangers happen naturally. Unexpected connections form. People make choices they normally would not make. By the next day, the details may already begin to fade, but the atmosphere, the sensation, and the energy of those moments stay with you. Sometimes meeting someone new also means discovering a different side of yourself. A club is a space where people from completely different worlds share the same rhythm, stepping outside the routines and identities of daily life for a moment to explore new possibilities. NEW EXISTENCE is an experiment in experiencing those possibilities together. 춤을 추고 음악에 몰입하는 동안 우리는 달라진다. NEW EXISTENCE는 전시와 파티가 하나로 결합된 이벤트다. Cakeshop 지하에서는 DJ들의 음악과 파티가 이어지고, 2층에서는 참여형 설치 작업이 진행된다. 두 공간을 자유롭게 오갈 수 있으며, 음악과 시각 예술, 그리고 ‘새로운 존재’를 경험하게 된다. 낯선 사람과 자연스레 말을 섞고, 예상하지 못한 만남이 이어지고, 평소라면 하지 않았을 선택을 하기도 한다. 다음 날이면 기억은 희미해져도 몸의 감각과 순간의 분위기는 오래 남는다. 새로운 사람을 만나는 일은 어쩌면 새로운 나를 발견하는 일이다. 클럽은 서로 다른 사람들이 같은 리듬을 공유하고, 잠시 일상의 역할과 경계를 벗어나 새로운 가능성을 발견하는 장소다. NEW EXISTENCE는 그 가능성을 함께 경험해 보는 실험이다.
