Jazz on Wick returns to Hackney Wick on 5th September 2026.
A cross-genre, multi-venue celebration from the minds behind Colour Factory, ORII and Voices, We’ve been working hard to put together a programme that truly reflects what Jazz on Wick is about - improvised, soulful and genre-defying.
In the first wave of artists, Grime icon D Double E joins forces with Zeñel for a jazz-meets-grime crossover set that really sums up what the festival is all about. Drummer Jas Kayser delivers a heartfelt tribute to the legendary Tony Allen, while neo-R&B maverick Shae Universe makes her Jazz on Wick debut.
Expect some incredible collective takeovers too, from The Silhouettes Project - one of the most vital grassroots crews in UK music - to BBE marking 30 years with their full crew and very special guest Esa Williams, plus an Apron Records DJ takeover headed up by label boss Steven Julien.
Many more artists TBA.
Presented by Colour Factory, ORII and Voices Radio.
