This edition of Undercover welcomes acclaimed husband-and-wife duo Scott Moore and Erica Pisaturo. Their sound explores the space where folk tradition meets rock-and-roll spirit, blending acoustic strings, rich vocal harmonies and electric textures. Deeply rooted in tradition yet propelled by curiosity and experimentation, their music is both intimate and electrifying, offering a fresh and compelling vision of contemporary folk. Together, in collaboration with Dani Markham, you are sure to get a percussive version of something folk and something electric! Scott Moore is a versatile violinist, composer, and session musician originally from rural Kentucky who maintains deep musical ties to Louisville. Unbound by genre, he is known for seamlessly blending classical, folk, bluegrass, and rock, and has collaborated extensively with the Louisville Orchestra and the Louisville Ballet. He currently serves as Concertmaster of the Cape Ann Symphony. Erica Pisaturo is an acclaimed violinist whose career spans orchestral performance, chamber music, recording, and international touring. She is Principal Second Violin of the Cape Ann Symphony and performs regularly with Symphony by the Sea, while also appearing with ensembles throughout New England. Louisville percussionist Dani Markham has built a diverse career as a performer, collaborator, and educator. Having toured internationally with artists including Tune-Yards and Childish Gambino, she is known for her versatile musicianship and inventive approach to percussion. As curator of the Undercover Series, she brings together artists from different musical worlds to create one-of-a-kind collaborative performances Doors open at 4 PM. Music from 5-7 PM.
