This year we welcome FRANZ & SHAPE for their LIVE SF DEBUT. Franz & Shape are Francesco Spazzoli and Chris Shape who bring their synths and samplers and blend of acid house, techno, electro-punk and EBM productions. The Italian duo busted onto the scene in 2005 with the track Countach, then their 2007 debut album Acceleration on Relish. Since then they haven't stopped producing records that show a fresh take on Italo, EBM, electro and rave music made on vintage synths, which has led to collaborations and remixes by other legends like DJ Pierre, The Hacker, Snuff Crew, Gesaffelstein, and most recently TenGrams (Alessandro and Davide Piatto of N.O.I.A). We first fell in love with their Acid One that makes any dark dance floor move. To round out the night... Amatric with and grep b2b Nexus-6 with more 303s and LEDs. Flux Æterna locking in room 2 with Femme Jatale, and Heavenly Arch b2b Moonpie (happy birthday!) playing left-field underground grooves all night.
